SYNOPSIS:

Casting for ”Live Twice” Music Video by Raji Thomaz ft. J Waheed. The overall concept is that everyone only gets one chance to live. We are not promised tomorrow. The video opens with Raji (the artist) arguing with his girlfriend. In the heat of the moment he storms out and goes for a walk. While out on the walk two robbers see his nice clothes and shoes and decide to shoot kill, and rob him. From there he begins to have and outer body experience and sees his lifeless body laying there. He wakes up in a Forrest which represents Limbo and begins to see a dark figure at the corner of his eye following him through the Forrest, who is the siren. She also represents the angel of death. In the end it ends up being all a dream. The whole moral of the video is, cherish everyday cause we aren’t promised tomorrow.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWNS:

[SIREN/ANGEL OF DEATH] Young woman between the ages of 21-25 African American or mixed ethnicity. This character is playing as angel of death. She is following the artist through the woods slowly luring him in.

This will be a 30 second PSA on how to learn the signs of depression in teens. This will be from the perspective of the mother, brother, and the teen daughters best friend. Through the PSA they will be talking about how she seemed “perfectly normal” and “happy and outgoing” and how they wished they could have known.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWNS:

Teen Daughter- (At least 14 years of age) Suicidal teen daughter. She walks around where a fake smile on her face trying to convince herself she is actually happy. She has everyone around her fooled. Eventually she feels like she has no way out and ends her self.

Mother- She is your all Americana mother who just wants the best for her kids. She works hard to put food on the table and a roof over her kids heads. But sometimes she works so hard she is a bit oblivious to whats going on around her. She believes her and her kids life is perfect until she wakes up to the ugly truth about her daughter.

Teen Best friend -(At least 14 years of age) She is very close to the teen daughter almost sisters. She feels surprised about the suicide the most because they share everything and tell each other everything.

Teen brother- about a 15 or 16, his relationship with his sister was also very close. The memories he has with her are very positive ones. He loves and cares for her deeply.

“Begin Healing” is a 30 second PSA that is being completed for Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center as a student project. DCAC is a local non-profit organization that helps children and their non-offending siblings with therapy through art, play, animal assistance, and music when they have been sexually abused, or has witnessed a violent crime. Upon completion of this PSA it will be submitted to the company as a donation, and will hopefully be aired on their website, and social media platforms.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWNS:

Amanda: Female, age 9-12. Amanda will be portraying an abused girl. The role has no speaking parts, but will engage the audience through deep emotional facial, and body motions. This will be a wonderful role for any young actress, and a wonderful cause to contribute to.

Christopher (Chris): Male, age 9-12. Christopher will also be portraying a victimized youth. Abuse does not only happen to young girls. Christopher will show this. Again this will be an awesome role for any young male actor seasoned or just starting out.

4 Extras: Male or Female, age 9-12. Extras are need for a park scene. They will be in the background. This PSA is again an amazing opportunity for young actors and actresses to participate and be a part of a wonderful organization.

Narrator: Male or Female. We need a compelling voice actor or actress to deliver moving, and emotional dialogue.
