PLOT SUMMARY: Harmony is a seventeen year old girl that was spoiled and living lavish, until a roebuck came into her life. Living in Miami changed everything for Harmony. In Worthington, she used to be able to walk outside at night without having to worry about getting raped or jacked. She could walk outside during the day and wouldn’t have to worry about getting shot. She had millions of dollars, well, her fathers “millions”. She was treated like a queen in her household. Now, everything’s changed. Her dad dipped out on Harmony and her mama for their maid, causing them to lose everything they had. Now, they have moved to a lower class area in Miami. On her second week of school, she meets Karlito-the soon to be love of her life, he shows her what life is truly about. Being an interracial couple isn’t easy in the hood, no one wants to see a “Sista” with what they call a “Chico”. Orion and Queen, her add on to her “Ride-or-Die” clique, shows her what friendship truly means. Little does Harmony know, they are apart of one of the biggest drug operation ever. They introduce her to the life of partying, fast money, drugs, and friendship. The real truth of life comes out. Laugh, Cry, and Smile with Harmony in, “Miami Queen”.
