SEEKING TALENT
THE TRAVELER: A young man. Clean-shaven. Dark, preferably shaggy, hair. Lanky and tall. The Traveler is technically the star roll, and feels isolated in the In-Between because there haven’t been many Travelers there for a long time. He greatly resents the Master because of his cruelty, but is otherwise curious about everyone else he meets. A very solemn, thoughtful disposition.

THE MASTER: Older than the Traveler (late-30s max, late-20s min). Also a leading role. He needs to have a kind face so that he can seem misleading, because he has a bitter and cruel heart. A beard is a plus. The Master is a smooth-talker and expects everyone to do as he says. He abuses the Pianist (he hits her once, and verbally degrades her) in the first episode so you need to be comfortable with being the villain.

DONNY: 20s. Not necessarily buff, but healthy. He is the Pianist’s finance and isn’t introduced until the third and final episode. Needs to be comfortable with acting lovey-dovey towards the Pianist. All around a sweet guy to hang out with.

MOTHER: 30s-ish. (Doesn’t have to be 30, only play such). She is the Pianist’s mother. Minor role. Needs to act very, well, motherly, and she’s excited to meet new people.

FATHER: Mother’s husband. 30s-ish. (Doesn’t have to be 30, only plays such). He doesn’t have any lines so you need to be in touch with your facial expressions. He’s stiff and rigid. Always looks annoyed. Preferably tall and lanky, but I’m open-minded.

SEEKING CREW
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: Sorely needed. Must know their way around a Canon DSLR, lighting, and angles. Having your own camera/stabilizer/etc. is a plus. If you do, provide what model and what equipment you have in the email.

PAY: Non-paid
