SYNOPSIS:

INFORMATION AGE is a short experimental about virginity and female sexuality in a society with so many conflicting opinions. The film is silent except for audio clips from different media sources discussing sex. The film follows Christina, a freshman in college, making the decision to have sex with her loving boyfriend Wally and realizing its not a big a deal as she was led to believe. The film is sex positive and feminist and meant to open up conversation about sex and society.

CHARACTER BREAKDOWNS:

We are looking for open-minded people who are comfortable with nudity and bringing their own experiences to the project.

Christina, a freshman in college, overcomes her anxieties about having sex and realizes it is not big a deal as she previously thought. Partial nudity required.

Wally, a sophomore in college, helps his girlfriend Christina overcome her anxieties about sex. Partial nudity required.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR AUDITION:

We’ll be running our auditions from 3pm-8pm on this Saturday January 10th and from 10am-8pm on this Sunday January 11th at the University Crossings building on Drexel University’s campus (3175 JFK Boulevard Philadelphia PA, 19104). Please give us a window of time during that period when you would be able to come in for an audition and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a time slot that fits your schedule and a contact number for the day of the audition.

We may be holding more auditions at a TBD date, so please let us know if you can’t make the auditions this weekend but are still interested in the project.
