A writer struggling with writer’s block finds help for his story as well as himself when he goes to a park.
CASTING THESE ROLES:
THE WRITER- (Age 25-35)
He’s our protagonist struggling with major writer’s block. He’s reminiscent of Joel Barish from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind; more of thinker than a speaker. However, once you mention something he likes, it’s tough to shut him up. The writer is very pessimistic towards himself. This is often why he has trouble with writing. It’s a safe guess that he’s never really believed in himself.
THE BOY- (Age 9-13)
A boy who helps the writer with his writer’s block. The boy is very easy to talk to because he’s usually the one starting conversations.
Other roles, minor and extra will be cast
Extra roles include a couple and a middle aged man.
